We are happy to welcome you to our web site. We are made up of a couple from Burkina Faso, Daniel and Marceline Sawadogo and a Canadian missionary, Patsy Fuller.

God has placed the same vision in our hearts for Burkina Faso, the continent of Africa and the entire world. It is our cry that the Spirit of Christ be in action in our lives and in the lives of every disciple.

We see ourselves as trumpet blowers. According to Isaiah 27: 13 and II Chronicles 5: 13, the blowing of the trumpet preceded worship. We want the whole earth to experience the pleasure of worshipping the Most High God.

The purpose for this forum is to inform our supporters--old and new--about what God is doing in our lives. We also want to be self supporting while encouraging entrepreneurs in Africa by offering their wares for sale here. We are still discovering how this will come about and ask for your prayers for God to lead us in this step!

Our goal is to help people be self-sufficient while being led by the Spirit of God. Many people in Africa have become dependent upon outside help and have not experienced the joy that comes from seeing God's provision in their everyday lives.

I am presently reading a book entitled, When Charity Destroys Dignity Overcoming Unhealthy Dependency in the Christian Movement by Glenn J. Schwartz. It is a vital read for all missionaries and those who are interested in helping people in the third world.
